In 2014, Matt started his career in crop insurance and has grown his footprint to having clientele in over 8 states. In working with this diverse range of crop, dairy, and livestock producers across the country, Matt brings a unique outlook on risk management and on how to bring fresh ideas to diversify our client's operations.

A native of the region, Donel is a graduate of Walters State Community College where he studied Agri-Business as well as King University where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Donel is committed to serving the community and has worked for several farm agencies during his schooling, as well as a farm loan officer post-graduation. He also runs two other successful businesses in East TN: Liberty Hill Market, and Shelton Excavating. Donel has the skill, passion, and knowledge to help you achieve your agribusiness goals.

Nick has a BS in agribusiness from MTSU, a MS in ag econ from TSU, a MEd in agriculture leadership from MTSU, and Is currently finishing his
